Megan deVries

From the time I was in preschool, I knew I wanted to teach. As a strong STEM yet well-balanced student, I was encouraged to pursue Engineering. While I loved the math and science in the field, I knew I wasn't going to spend my life in a lab or at a computer terminal. I knew I was meant to teach. After college, I began tutoring in what was meant to be a quick interval between one consulting contract and the next. I was hooked. Tutoring was everything I loved about teaching. In 2003 I opened Megan deVries Educational & Motivational Tutoring. Since then I have helped hundreds of students understand the ways they learn and put that understanding to work helping them reach their goals. My love of learning and my commitment to excellence have allowed me to expand my subject expertise and to include educational consulting in my offerings to families.
